Abstract:

There are provided a call control system, a call control apparatus, a terminal apparatus, and a call control method wherein a communication network, which should be applied to a communication for which a plurality of communication networks may selectively be used, can be efficiently selected to start the communication soon. When a call reception request is received from a terminal apparatus (220) at a call receiving end, a call control signal accompanied by a call identifier used for determining a call is broadcast to communication networks that can be presumed to be available to the terminal apparatus (220) at the call receiving end. When call responses to the broadcast call control signal are received from the respective communication networks, a communication network, which is to be used by the terminal apparatus at the call receiving end, is selected based on call control condition information representing conditions related to a call control and also based on communication resource information included in one call response received relatively soon.
