Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for matching a telephone channel connected by a telephone from a telephone terminal (100) to a telephone server (101) with a session connected via a web/app from the telephone terminal (100) to an application server (102), in a situation where a status or identification information of the telephone terminal is inaccessible, in a visible ARS, in which, if a user tries to make a telephone call while using the web/app on the telephone terminal (100), the telephone call is not made to an actual telephone server (101), which is a function supported by an OS, the telephone call is made to the telephone server (101) through a unique intermediary telephone number which is time-limited and is received through the application server (102), the telephone server (101) matches a telephone channel which came in with the intermediary connection telephone number with a previously made session in the application server (102), and the telephone call is connected to an actual customer's phone number. If the phone channel which came in with the intermediary connection phone number does not completely match the web/app session that requested the telephone call, the application server (102) sends a new intermediary connection telephone number to the telephone terminal (100) for reconnection.
