Abstract:
A call processing method and device, the method comprising: a home gateway acquiring a number of a calling terminal making a call; the home gateway determining whether the number exists in a shared blacklist of a cloud server database; and when the number exists in the shared blacklist of the cloud server database, the home gateway pointing out to a called user that the number is a shared blacklist number. By means of the technical solution, the problem in the relevant art that a home gateway cannot identify whether an incoming call is a malicious call is solved, so that the malicious call can be actively prevented, thereby improving the user experience of voice communication.
