Abstract:
A call record management system and method for an intelligent gateway, relating to the technical fields of intelligent gateways and communications. The method comprises: an intelligent gateway successfully registers with a gateway management platform; a user successfully registers an account with the gateway management platform by using a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal and the intelligent gateway are authenticated and bound to each other; the mobile terminal sets parameters of a missed call push policy of the intelligent gateway by using the gateway management platform, and manages call records; the intelligent gateway generates call records comprising accomplished calls and missed calls, and reports the call records to the gateway management platform; the gateway management platform stores the call records in a database by using numbers as indexes, and pushes missed call information in the call records to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal reminds the user of the missed calls on the intelligent gateway after receiving the information pushed by the gateway management platform. According to the present invention, when an intelligent gateway has missed calls, a mobile terminal informs a user in time, thus preventing the user from missing calls of a residential gateway and reducing limitations to the use of the user.
