Disclosed is a call registration device for an elevator, which is capable of previously presenting the degree of the possibility of succeeding in call registration based on voice recognition to a user, and alleviating discomfort or the like of the user even if the call registration has failed. Specifically disclosed is a call registration device for an elevator, which comprises: a microphone (3) installed in elevator equipment; a voice recognition means (5) for recognizing the voice uttered by the user, which is inputted through the microphone (3); and a call registration means (6) for performing call registration by means of the recognized voice. The call registration device for an elevator is so configured that the call registration device is provided with a determination means (7) for determining the possibility of succeeding in the call registration by the call registration means (6), which is based on the voice recognized by the voice recognition means (5) before the voice uttered by the user is inputted to the microphone (3); and a display means (8) for presenting the result of the determination of the possibility by the determination means to the user.
