Abstract:
A cam mechanics is disclosed. The cam mechanics comprises more than one cam fixed
on a drive shaft (11,13,18) connecting with an outputting shaft of a gear worm
reducer (14), which is driven by an electric motor. This cam is a corner folding
cam (1), a bottom part forming cam (2,3), an aseptic filling cam (4,5), a top part
forming cam (6,7), a core mold cam (8,9) or a blank pulling cam (10). Each cam is
provided with a curved recess or a curved outer contour that is specially designed
for achieving corresponding operation. These cams control corresponding holders
and components through a roll-link mechanics to complete respective operation,
achieving an automation of the whole production process.
