Disclosed is a cam transmission mechanism. The cam transmission mechanism comprises a rack (1), wherein a driving mechanism and a cam mechanism are arranged on the rack (1); the cam mechanism comprises supports (121) and rotation shafts (122) rotatably arranged on the supports (121); the rotation shafts (122) are in driving connection with the driving mechanism; multiple cams (123) are fixedly arranged on rotation shafts (122); a connection shaft (124) is arranged on one side of one of the rotation shafts (122), the connection shaft (124) is rotatably arranged on the rack (1), and the connection shaft (124) is arranged parallel to the rotation shaft (122); the rotation shafts (122) are provided with multiple swing rods corresponding to the cams (123), one end of each swing rod is hinged to the connection shaft (124), the other end of the swing rod is hinged to a connection rod (127); the connection rod (127) is connected to the rack (1) by means of an elastic apparatus; the elastic apparatus drives the connection rod (127) to move upward; a limiting part is arranged on the edge of each cam (123), and the limiting part abuts against an upper surface of each swing rod. The cam transmission mechanism is high in transmission accuracy, simple in structure and convenient to maintain.
