Abstract:
A camera actuator having autofocusing and image stabilization functions according to the present invention, which moves a lens of a camera and adjusts the focus of the lens and prevents vibration of an image, comprises: a fixing unit mounted on a portable terminal; a first coil mounted on the fixing unit; a first carrier installed to be able to move inside the fixing unit in a direction parallel with the lens; a magnet mounted on the first carrier such that the outer surface thereof faces the first coil and, when a current is applied to the first coil, generates a first driving force in the first carrier; a second carrier installed to be able to move inside the first carrier in the optical axis direction of the lens, the second carrier moving together when the first carrier moves by means of the first driving force; a second coil mounted on the second carrier and arranged inside the magnet to generate a second driving force in the second carrier when a current is applied; a lens unit comprising at least one lens, the lens unit being mounted on the second carrier to move together with the second carrier; and a hall sensor for sensing the position of the first carrier.
