Abstract:
A camera body (100) is equipped with a body mount (150), a CMOS image sensor (110), a shutter unit (190), and a shutter control unit (145). A lens unit (200) can be mounted on the body mount (150). The CMOS image sensor (110) converts an optical image of a photographed subject into an electric signal. The shutter unit (190) is placed between the body mount (150) and the CMOS image sensor (110) and is provided such that it can block the light path between the lens unit (200) and the CMOS image sensor (110). The shutter control unit (145) controls the shutter unit (190) so as to keep the shutter unit (190) open while supply of power is stopped.
