The present invention provides a camera device, an image processing device, and an image processing method for reducing the effect of a degraded element in image data attributable to at least either of a dome cover and an optical system and based on at least either of a spatial frequency and a signal strength. A camera device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a degraded-area information storage unit (24) for storing by-direction degraded-area information for correlating degraded-area data and the direction of photographing with each other; a direction recognition unit (30) for recognizing the direction of photographing; and an image correction unit (32) for acquiring, on the basis of the by-direction degraded-area information, the degraded-area data correlated to the direction of photographing recognized by the direction recognition unit (30), and improving the picture quality of image data in accordance with a peculiar degraded area represented by the degraded-area data. The peculiar degraded area is a degraded element attributable to at least either of a dome cover and an optical system, and is an area associated with the degraded element based on at least either of a spatial frequency and a signal strength.
