Abstract:
Disclosed are a camera device (10) and a protecting cover (20) thereof. The protecting cover (20) comprises a transparent cover (25) and a light shading strip. The light shading strip extends on the transparent cover (25) and divides the transparent cover (25) into an imaging region (21) and an infrared-transmissive region (22) to prevent light from being reflected to the imaging region (21) from the infrared-transmissive region (22). Therefore, after the infrared light emitted from an infrared lamp (50) radiates on the infrared-transmissive region (22), the infrared light offset to the imaging region (21) can be prevented to some extent by means of the light shading strip, so as to reduce or even eliminate the influence of the infrared light on the imaging by a camera (4), and in turn improve the quality of the image shot with the camera device (10).
