Abstract:
Provided are a camera device and camera device temperature measurement method with which it is possible to stably measure the temperature inside a case using a temperature measurement unit and stably correct the output value from an infrared sensor. The camera device is equipped with a case having a housing and a lid, and also equipped with a camera unit provided with an infrared camera and housed inside the case. The infrared camera has an infrared lens, a lens body for holding the infrared lens, and an infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays received via the infrared lens. The housing is provided with a temperature detection unit which detects the temperature inside the case and is positioned so as to contact the lens body when the camera unit is housed in the housing.
