The present technique relates to: a camera module which is capable of providing a camera module that is able to be used in various applications; and an electronic device. This camera module is provided with: a first pixel array wherein pixels receiving light having a wavelength of R, G or B are two-dimensionally arranged in a matrix form; a second pixel array wherein pixels receiving light within the wavelength range of visible light are two-dimensionally arranged in a matrix form; a first optical unit for focusing incident light to the first pixel array; and a second optical unit for focusing incident light to the second pixel array. The present technique is applicable, for example, to camera modules and the like.
