Abstract:
A circuit board (230) includes: a first rigid board section (231) on which an image pickup unit (210) is mounted; a second rigid board section (232) on which an LED (220) is mounted; and a foldable first flexible board section that connects the first rigid board section (231) and the second rigid board section (232) to each other. The present invention has a shield case that holds the second rigid board section (232) in a state where: the first flexible board section is folded even number of times; a first main surface of the second rigid board section (232) faces the same direction which a first main surface (231f) of the first rigid board section (231) faces; and the second rigid board section (232) is at a position separated from the first main surface (231f) of the first rigid board section (231).
