Abstract:
A voice coil motor (10) which is a drive unit includes four magnets (9) arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other on a side surface around a lens holder (3) which is a movable body. A detection unit includes four magnetic sensors (7) respectively provided below the four magnets (9). The detection unit detects, on the basis of the intensities of respective magnetic fields detected by the four magnetic sensors (7), the positions of the corresponding magnets (9) in an optical axis direction, and detects the displacement of the lens holder (3) from a reference position in the optical axis direction and the inclination of the lens holder (3) with respect to a reference angle, on the basis of the detected positions of the four magnets (9).
