Disclosed are a camera mounting structure of an interactive smart tablet and an interactive smart tablet. The camera mounting structure of the interactive smart tablet comprises a supporting seat (A100, B100, C100) and a supporting shaft (A200, B200, C200), wherein the supporting seat is rotatably mounted on the supporting shaft; a friction member (A300, B300, C300) is arranged between the supporting shaft and the supporting seat; one side of the friction member is elastically propped against the supporting seat, and the other side of the friction member is elastically propped against the supporting shaft; the supporting seat is used for mounting a camera (A600, B600, C520, D310, E310); and the friction member is used for providing rotating damping for the supporting seat relative to the supporting shaft. Since the friction member is elastically propped against the supporting seat and the supporting shaft, where clearances exist between the friction member, the supporting seat and the supporting shaft, the friction member can fill the clearances between the friction member, the supporting seat and the supporting shaft, and the supporting seat can be subjected to damping for maintaining a photographing angle of a camera.
