Abstract:
To convert for navigation a view image of a view which is photographed by a camera and which includes a road, a camera parameter computation device which computes camera parameters representing the height of a camera mounting location and the orientation of the camera comprises: a location information acquisition unit which acquires location information; a road width information acquisition unit which acquires, on the basis of the location information, road data corresponding to the present location, and acquires from the road data the road width at the present location; a view image acquisition unit which acquires a view image from the camera; and a camera parameter correction unit which, on the basis of the view image and the road width information, calculates a correction of the camera parameters.
