Abstract:
Provided is a camera system (1), comprising an interchangeable lens (100) and a camera main body (200). The interchangeable lens (100) further comprises a lens-side storage unit (108) which stores pupil data according to image height. The camera main body (200) further comprises: an image capture element (208), further comprising a plurality of image capture pixels for image capture, and a plurality of focal point detection pixels for focal point detection; a main body-side storage unit (230) which stores correction data which corrects disparity in illuminance distribution from light which enters the focal point detection pixels; and a correction unit (2222) which receives the pupil data from the lens-side storage unit (108), and corrects the disparity in the illuminance distribution of the output of the focal point detection pixels on the basis of the correction data and the pupil data.
