Abstract:
This camera system 506 is provided with: a plurality of cameras 562 capturing images in different directions. The camera system 506 rotates the plurality of cameras 562 in a certain direction. The plurality of cameras 562 are configured such that one of the cameras captures images of a predetermined specific region 564 even while the plurality of cameras 562 are rotating. On the basis of the plurality of captured images of the specific region 564, the camera system 506 acquires parallax information about an object that is present in the specific region 564.
