Abstract:
The present invention relates to a camera-type scanning system, particularly to a camera-type scanning system in which: a camera-type scanner is connected to a USB flash drive and then is connected to a PC; an installation package file of the camera-type scanner is stored in the USB flash drive; a control assembly comprising a touch key and a buzzer is installed on the camera-type scanner. A method for the use of the camera-type scanning system comprises: connecting the USB flash drive to the PC; directly enabling a video mode if the installation package file of the camera-type scanner has been installed in the PC; reading and installing the installation package file in the USB flash drive if the installation package file of the camera-type scanner has not been installed in the PC, and enabling the video mode after the installation is completed; in the video mode, tapping the touch key, and scanning a file after the buzzer sounds a prompt tone. According to the present invention, the installation package file of the camera-type scanner is stored in the USB flash drive and the USB flash drive is always inserted on the PC which cooperates with the camera-type scanner, thereby preventing the USB flash drive storing the installation package file from being lost.
