Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a can lid made of a steel plate and yet having excellent openability.
[Solution] A score line 13 defining and forming an opening piece 12 is formed in a peripheral part of a panel part 4. A tab 3 is fixed to a part of a peripheral part of the opening piece via an attachment part 9. The tab 3 is provided with: a finger-hooking part 8 positioned on the side closer to the center of the opening piece 12 than the attachment part 9; and a nose part 10 positioned on the side opposite to the finger-hooking part 8 across the attachment part 9 and on the outer peripheral side of the score line 13. A portion of the panel part 4 under the nose part 10 serves as a support part 15 supporting the nose part 10 from below. An outer peripheral side bead 14 for enhancing the bending rigidity of the support part 15 is formed in a portion of the panel part 4 on the outer peripheral side of the score line 13.
