Abstract:
This cancel device comprises: a sound signal processing unit 2 that generates a cancel signal for suppressing noise acquired by one or more reference microphones 1 for acquiring noise; and one or more cancel speakers 3 that generate sound on the basis of the cancel signal. The sound signal processing unit 2 generates the cancel signal on the basis of a sound signal acquired by one or more error microphones 4 placed in an area in which noise is desired to be suppressed. The one or more reference microphones 1 have directivity and are placed in the vicinity of the cancel speakers 3.
