Abstract:
Cancer suppression by H-PGDS-CRTH2 signal inhibition. An agent for suppressing cancer metastasis or recurrence, said agent comprising a CRTH2 inhibitor as an active ingredient. An agent for suppressing cancer metastasis or recurrence, said agent comprising a hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthetase (H-PGDS) inhibitor as an active ingredient. A method for screening a therapeutic agent for cancer wherein an inhibitory effect on the activation of CRTH2 or an inhibitory effect on the expression or activity of H-PGDS is used as an index.
