Abstract:
A cancer metastasis transdermal drug delivery therapeutic device which is developed according to the theory of ointment massage in traditional Chinese medicine and which consists of a machine housing (1), a motor (2), a small rubbing head (3), a safety pad (4), a rough rubbing cloth (5), a forward and reverse direction speed adjusting switch (7), and a fluorouracil topical agent. The therapeutic device promotes transdermal absorption of chemotherapeutic drugs at a deep portion of tissue and full body production of curative effects by means of increasing the strength of pressure and the speed of heat generation, and may carry out local chemotherapy and systemic chemotherapy for solid cancer and cancer metastasis, while reducing side effects. In a stage focusing on killing cancer cells, the fluorouracil topical agent is applied to a primary cancer lesion part and surroundings, a metastatic lesion part and surroundings, a lymphatic metastatic portion and a hematogenous metastatic portion; a holistic treatment having a main purpose of transdermal drug delivery to kill cancer cells and a secondary purpose of restoring functions is carried out by a hand-held high speed spinning, pressing, sliding and rubbing therapeutic device; then, a spinning direction and spinning speed are adjusted, and a holistic treatment having a main purpose of restoring deep tissue muscle functions and promoting drug absorption and a secondary purpose of transdermal drug delivery is carried out on said portions by a hand-held low speed spinning, kneading and static rubbing therapeutic device.
