Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a combination therapy which is effective in a cancer immunotherapy. The problem can be solved by providing an anti-tumor agent which contains DNA encoding WT1 protein and DNA encoding a bifidobacterium-origin GNB/LNB substrate-binding membrane protein, and contains a transgenic bifidobacterium that is so designed that WT1 protein can be presented as an antigen on the surface layer of the bifidobacterium, and is combined with an immunosuppression inhibitor upon use. The transgenic bifidobacterium can be used as an oral tumor vaccine.
