Abstract:
Disclosed are a candle lamp and a manufacturing process therefor. The candle lamp comprises a lamp holder (1), and a screw head (12) and a lamp shade (11) which are respectively assembled at the two ends of the lamp holder (1), wherein a PCB (2), a retaining ring (3), a heat dissipation member (4), an LED aluminium substrate (5) which covers the top of the heat dissipation member (4), a lens (6), a semitransparent reflector (7) sheathed in a mouth end of the lens (6), and a reflector (8) are successively sheathed in a cavity formed by fastening the lamp holder (1) to the lamp shade (11), and after respectively penetrating through a U-shaped lug through hole (61) at the bottom contraposition end of the lens (6), a through hole (51) at the contraposition end of the LED aluminium substrate (5) and a through hole (41) at the contraposition end of the heat dissipation member (4), a screw (131) fixes the lens (6) and the LED aluminium substrate (5) to the heat dissipation member (4). A light diffusion surface (62) on the lens (6) cooperates with an outer wall (72) of the semitransparent reflector (7) adapted to same in shape and diffuses downward light rays through each inclination surface (75) formed by wavy inclination angles formed on the outer wall (72), so as to form different induced light rays, so that the diffused visual light rays are better.
