Abstract:
A cantilever tower wind energy utilization device includes a circular wind turbine group or a chain-linked wind turbine group having a rotary wheel and a cantilever frame (12) having two cantilevers. The cantilever frame (12) is connected onto a column (8) or a support (29) via a rotary shelf (4) so as to move within a certain range. A central shaft of said rotary wheel is rotatablely connected with an upper portion of the cantilever frame (12), and a load wheel (6, 9) connected with a load (5) is rotatablely connected with a lower portion of the cantilever frame (12). In the absence of wind, the wind wheel bunch stands in the sky by means of the weight on the lower portion of the cantilever frame (12); while in the presence of wind, the wind wheel bunch is stably suspended in the sky by means of the lifting force generated by its rotation.
