Abstract:
Disclosed is a cantilever-type centrifugal super-gravity casting device. A rotor system and a top-drive spindle complex are mounted in an experimental cavity, the bottom of the experimental cavity is mounted on a base of the device, a centrifugal main machine is mounted on a lifting system of the experimental cavity and is connected to the top-drive spindle complex, the top-drive spindle complex is connected to the rotor system in a driving manner, the lifting system is located above the experimental cavity, and the lifting system is connected to an experimental cavity cover. A directional casting system is mounted in a hanging cup, a thermal insulation device is mounted in the hanging cup, a heating device is mounted in the thermal insulation device, a crucible device is mounted in the heating device, and the hanging cup is hung in a hinged manner on an end of a rotating arm of a super-gravity centrifuge by means of lifting lugs on two sides. According to the present invention, an equipped high-temperature casting furnace or directional casting furnace achieves a super-gravity directional solidification function by means of a power reduction method in a centrifugal super-gravity environment, which solves the key problem of it being difficult to control a temperature gradient in a super-gravity directional solidification process, and achieves convenient, safe and reliable operation.
