Abstract:
The present invention relates to a CAO-SIO2-EUO full spectrum fluorescent powder, which is formed by mixing a first Ca2SiO4:Eu fluorescent powder and a second Ca2SiO4:Eu fluorescent powder doped with different amounts of Eu. The first Ca2SiO4:Eu fluorescent powder comprises the following oxide components in mass fractions: 51.87 to 58.07% of CaO, 30.87 to 32.76% of SiO2, and 9.16 to 17.26% of EuO. The second Ca2SiO4:Eu fluorescent powder comprises the following oxide components in mass fractions: 8.25 to 19.74% of CaO, 17.67 to 21.15% of SiO2, and 59.12 to 74.07% of EuO. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of generating a double-peak full spectrum emission light having emission wavelengths at 525 nm and 630 nm under photoexcitation of ultraviolet light, obtaining more optimized white light and being close to natural light, etc.
