Abstract:
A cap fitted to a pull-tab beverage can (1), comprising a can cap body (20) fixed to the upper end part thereof and a lever (30) fixed to a pull-tab (6). The can cap body (20) and the lever (30) are formed of a synthetic resin and independently of each other. The can cap body (20) is firmly fitted to the upper end part of the beverage can (1) in a fitted state through all the periphery thereof, and the lever (30) can be easily raised by applying fingers to its finger application part (32). When the lever (30) is raised, the pull-tab (6) is raised together with the lever (3) and a fill-out port (5) is opened. Then, when the lever (30) is tilted to a lever storage part (25), the pull-tab (6) is tilted together with the lever (30). The lever (30) is re-stored in the lever storage part (25). Since the lever (30) is separated from the can cap body (20), the cap (10) is not released from the beverage can (1) when the lever (30) is raised.
