Abstract:
A cap demounting device comprises an engagement means to be engaged with a cap
and a lifting means for lifting the engagement means. The cap is engaged with
the engagement means and its recess of a circular shape in the plane is deformed
into an elliptic shape by operating the engagement means, and the cap is raised
by the lifting means. Thereby, the cap can be demounted from a tube.
