Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cap for a packaging container wherein forcible separation of a mold is rendered easy when molding, on a loss-prevention screw cap, an uneven stepped portion for enabling smooth opening and stably maintaining an opening angle, thereby significantly improving productivity. To implement the above, the present invention comprises: a fixing ring for preventing separation from a container main body portion and preventing idling; a cap main body portion, provided with a screw portion formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof, for opening and closing the container main body portion; a hinge portion for connecting the fixing ring and the cap main body portion; and a plurality of bridges formed between the cap main body portion and the fixing ring, which are cut when the cap is opened, wherein a cutting line for extending a connection length to the cap main body portion is formed horizontally around the lower portion of the hinge portion in the fixing ring, and wherein the hinge portion is provided with an opening line formed between the cap main body portion and the fixing ring on both sides of the hinge portion, the uneven stepped portion which is formed in a stepped manner into the inner surface of the cap main body portion and the fixing ring so as to have a decreasing thickness, and a lower step, which is formed closer to the fixing ring in the uneven stepped portion, and is formed as a tilted surface so as to allow easy removal of an undercut mold.
