Abstract:
A cap-shaped tip wind power blade capable of safely expanding and contracting comprises a primary blade (4) and tip secondary blades (5). The tip secondary blades (5) are cap-shaped, are sleeved on the outer wall of the tip of the primary blade (4), and relatively move along the longitudinal direction of the primary blade (4) under the action of a pull-back rope (11) and a pull-away rope (13). Each tip secondary blade (5) is provided with a raised cap brim (8) near to the opening end of the tip secondary blade (5), a cap brim roller (7) is mounted beside the raised cap brim (8), and the raised cap brim (8) supports against the outer wall surface of the primary blade (4) by means of the cap brim roller (7). The cap-shaped tip wind power blade capable of safely expanding and contracting easily and greatly reduces serious abrasion caused when tip secondary blades expand and contract and swing, and reduces manufacturing costs; and the weight of the tip secondary blades, a winch system and a whole wind wheel is merely increased slightly, but the safety of the whole wind turbine generator is improved.
