A cap sterilization device (50) is provided with: a sterilizer spraying chamber (52) that spays a sterilizer on a cap (33); and an air-rinsing chamber (53) that air-rinses the cap (33) on which the sterilizer has been sprayed in the sterilizer spraying chamber (52). Inside the sterilizer spraying chamber (52), a sterilizer spraying wheel (74) that conveys the cap (33) while rotating is provided. Inside the air-rinsing chamber (53), an air-rinsing wheel (75) that conveys the cap (33) on which the sterilizer has been sprayed while rotating is provided. The air-rinsing chamber (53) is provided upward in a vertical direction of the sterilizer spraying chamber (52).
