Abstract:
A cap tightening device (100) for a pump cap (10) has a nozzle hold down device (30) for applying torque to a nozzle section (12) in the direction opposite the cap tightening direction, the torque being lower than the torque at which the nozzle section (12) loosens from a ring section (13). A cap rotating device (20) for rotating a cap section (11) in the cap tightening direction relative to a container (1) is installed so as to be rotatable relative to the nozzle hold down device (30).
