Abstract:
The cap (20) is for use with a bottle having positive internal pressure and is provided with a female thread part (21) to be engaged with a male thread part disposed on the outer peripheral surface of a bottle mouth section. The female thread part (21) is provided with a peripheral protrusion (22) protruding from an inner peripheral surface (25A) of a cap sidewall (25) and helically extending continuously for at least 360 degrees, wherein the peripheral protrusion (22) has, at least at one position, a cutout part (23) where a portion thereof is cut out in the radial direction.
