Abstract:
A capacitance detection circuit, a touch-control chip and an electronic device. The capacitance detection circuit comprises: a control module (112), a charge transfer module (142), a processing module (152), a drive module (122) and a cancellation module (132), wherein the control module (112) is used for controlling the drive module (122) to charge a capacitor (Cx) to be detected, controlling the cancellation module (132) to charge a cancellation capacitor (Cc) and controlling the cancellation capacitor (Cc) to perform charge cancellation processing on the capacitor (Cx) to be detected; the charge transfer module (142) is used for transforming charges of the capacitor (Cx) to be detected that has been subjected to cancellation processing so as to generate an output voltage (VOUT); and the processing module (152) is used for determining, according to the output voltage (VOUT), the capacitance variation of the capacitor (Cx) to be detected before and after the influence of an external electric field. The capacitance detection circuit improves the sensitivity of self-capacitance detection, and finally improves the accuracy of self-capacitance detection.
