Abstract:
Disclosed is a capacitance element that can accurately secure a capacitance value, and a variable-capacitance element that can sufficiently secure a capacitance variability ratio. Further disclosed is a resonant circuit that uses these capacitance elements. The capacitance element has a main capacitance element body (2) configured with both a dielectric layer (4) and at least one pair of capacitance element electrodes (3) that hold the dielectric layer and generate a desired electric field on the dielectric layer (4). The capacitance element further has stress adjusting sections (9a,9b) that adjust the stress generated at the dielectric layer (4) of the main capacitance element body (2).
