Abstract:
This capacitance-type liquid level sensor 10 is for measuring the level of a liquid stored in a container on the basis of a capacity change between a counter electrode and a detection electrode 40 attached to the outer wall of the container. The detection electrode 40 is provided with at least one shaft 11 and a plurality of arms 12 connected to the shaft 11. A notch 13 is disposed between adjacent arms 12 of the plurality of arms 12. Accordingly, even in a container having a three-dimensional curved surface, the detection electrode 40 can be tightly attached along the curved surface, and the liquid level in the container can be accurately measured.
