Abstract:
Provided are a capacitive fingerprint chip, a mismatch adjustment method and a terminal device. The capacitive fingerprint chip comprises: a fingerprint sensor array, a control circuit and a memory. The fingerprint sensor array comprises multiple fingerprint sensor groups. The memory is used for storing usage information of multiple analog parameter sets corresponding to the fingerprint sensor groups; the analog parameter sets are analog parameter sets involved when the fingerprint sensor groups perform coding; and the multiple analog parameter sets comprise an original analog parameter set and an amended analog parameter set. The control circuit is used for controlling the coding of the fingerprint sensor groups according to the usage information of the multiple analog parameter sets, so as to obtain multiple electric charge quantities. The fingerprint sensor array is also used for performing integration processing on the multiple electric charge quantities to obtain capacitance values of the fingerprint sensor groups. The capacitive fingerprint chip provided in the present application can obtain a better fingerprint image effect.
