Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a capacitive sensor sheet which exhibits excellent detection sensitivity and detection accuracy when a change of capacitance is measured. A capacitive sensor sheet according to the present invention is provided with: a dielectric layer that is formed of an elastomer composition (A); a front-side electrode layer that is laminated on the front surface of the dielectric layer; and a back-side electrode layer that is laminated on the back surface of the dielectric layer. A portion where the front-side electrode layer and the back-side electrode layer intersect with each other in the thickness direction is used as a detection part, and a plurality of detection parts are provided therein. This capacitive sensor sheet is also provided with a front-side coated electrode layer that is formed on the front-side electrode layer so as to cover the detection parts with a front-side flexible layer, which is formed of an elastomer composition (B1), being interposed therebetween and/or a back-side coated electrode layer that is formed on the back-side electrode layer so as to cover the detection parts with a back-side flexible layer, which is formed of an elastomer composition (B2), being interposed therebetween. This capacitive sensor sheet is used for the purpose of measuring capacitance changes in the detection parts.
