Abstract:
Provided is a capacitive successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (100), the successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter comprising: a first capacitor array (101), which comprises N first capacitors (C11, C12, …, C1N); a second capacitor array (102), which comprises N second capacitors (C21, C22, …, C2N); a voltage generation circuit (105), which is used for generating a common-mode voltage (Vcm), a reference voltage (Vref), a first voltage (V1) and a second voltage (V2); a first switch (K1), a second switch (K2), N third switches (K31, K32, …, K3N) and N fourth switches (K41, K42, …, K4N); a comparator (103), which comprises a first input end, a second input end and an output end, wherein upper polar plates of the N first capacitors (C11, C12, …, C1N) are connected to the first input end, and upper polar plates of the N second capacitors (C21, C22, …, C2N) are connected to the second input end; and a successive approximation logic controller (104), which is connected to the output end of the comparator (103). The capacitive successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (100) can use 2N capacitors to output an N-bit binary code.
