Abstract:
This capacitively coupled sensor (1) is provided with: a detection electrode layer (10) which generates a capacitance between itself and an object to be detected; a shield electrode layer (11); and an insulation layer (12) which is arranged between the detection electrode layer (10) and the shield electrode layer (11). The insulation layer (12) comprises a thermoplastic elastomer; and the insulation layer (12) has a thermal conductivity of 0.3 W/m·K or more and a volume resistivity of 1 × 1012 Ω·cm or more. In cases where the detection electrode layer (10) and the shield electrode layer (11) are formed of a conductive fabric, this capacitively coupled sensor (1) is produced by forming a laminate by laminating a conductive fabric for the detection electrode layer (10) on the front surface of the insulation layer (12) and laminating a conductive fabric for the shield electrode layer (11) on the back surface of the insulation layer (12), and subsequently fusion bonding the insulation layer (12) to the fabrics by pressing the laminate in the front-back direction under heat.
