Abstract:
According to the present invention, a system (55) for monitoring the charging performance of a capacitor (48) in an electric circuit that is mounted on a production machine (10) installed in a production line is provided with a charging voltage detection unit (57) that detects a charging voltage of the capacitor. A control unit (40) of the production machine measures, as a charging time, on the basis of the charging voltage of the capacitor detected by the charging voltage detection unit (57), the time from the start of charging until the charging voltage of the capacitor reaches a predetermined charging completion determination voltage, which can be determined as the completion of the charging, determines whether or not the capacitor is deteriorated on the basis of whether or not the measured charging time is equal to or less than a predetermined deterioration determination threshold value, and warns a worker with a display or voice when it is determined that the capacitor is deteriorated.
