Abstract:
The following steps are performed: a step (S12) in which internal conductors (24B-24D and 25A-24C) are provided on raw-material sheets (22A-22D and 23A-23C); a step (S13) in which openings (29) are provided in said raw-material sheets (22A-22D and 23A-23C); a step (S14) in which the raw-material sheets (22A-22D and 23A-23C) are stacked so as to form a plurality of layers; a step (S15) in which dielectric sections (11) each comprising a stack of dielectric layers with openings (19) exposed at the edges thereof and the surfaces of the internal conductors (24B-24D and 25A-24C) exposed to the interiors of the abovementioned openings (29) are cut out; and a step (S16) in which terminal conductors (16, 17) that penetrate the aforementioned openings (19) are provided on the end surfaces of each dielectric section (11).
