Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a capacitor circuit (capacitor devices 2, 30, 34, 50) in which a plurality of capacitors 41-45 are connected to each other, wherein one or two or more capacitors (overvoltage short-circuiting capacitors 40, 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) inside the capacitor circuit have a lower dielectric breakdown voltage than other capacitors, and the capacitors having the lower dielectric breakdown voltage are dielectrically broken down prior to the other capacitors through the application of an overvoltage thereby short-circuiting the capacitor circuit. Accordingly, enhancement in the stability of a capacitor device or a device connected thereto is achieved.
