Abstract:
A capacitor element manufacturing jig is formed of a resin material for batch-processing
each of a plurality of capacitor element base materials by assembling the base
materials. The capacitor element manufacturing jig is characterized in that
a portion which supports the jig during the process is protected by a metal material.
A means is provided for repeatedly and accurately manufacturing a plurality
of capacitors at the same time by using the durable jig. The capacitor has a semiconductor
layer for one electrode and a narrow emerging capacity distribution.
