Abstract:
A capacitor element (1) comprises a first electrode layer (11), a dielectric layer (13) formed on said first electrode layer (11), and a second electrode layer formed on said dielectric layer (13). A metal layer (14), which includes at least one metal as the primary component thereof selected from a group comprising aluminum, titanium, tantalum, niobium, nickel, and copper, and an oxide coating film (15), which is formed by oxidizing the surface of said metal layer (14) on the dielectric layer (13) side, are interposed between the first electrode layer (11) and the dielectric layer (13).
