Abstract:
Provided are a capacitor and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a capacitor with a small volume and a high capacitance density can be prepared. The capacitor comprises: at least one multi-wing structure; a laminated structure, the laminated structure covering the at least one multi-wing structure, and the laminated structure comprising at least one dielectric layer and multiple conductive layers, with the at least one dielectric layer and the multiple conductive layers forming a structure in which the conductive layers and the dielectric layer are adjacent to each other; at least one first external electrode, with the first external electrode being electrically connected to some of the multiple conductive layers; and at least one second external electrode, with the second external electrode being electrically connected to the other multiple conductive layers. A conductive layer, adjacent to each conductive layer in some of the conductive layers, in the laminated structure comprises at least one conductive layer in the other conductive layers.
