Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a capacitor element (4) wherein internal electrodes (20) and dielectric layers (ceramic dielectric bodies 22) are alternately laminated, a first electrode layer (copper electrode layer 6-1), which is formed on an end surface of the capacitor element (4), and which is connected to the internal electrodes (20), and a second electrode layer (silver electrode layer 6-2) formed in a mesh shape or dot shape on the first electrode layer (copper electrode layer 6-1), thereby eliminating, by means of the configuration of the external electrode layer, product deterioration, such as cracks of a ceramic dielectric body due to heating.
